Get help accessing your Client Portal account
Logging into Your Client Portal
- Visit the Island Court Reporting website and click "Client Portal" in the navigation menu.
- Enter the email address you used when scheduling your deposition.
- Enter your password. If this is your first time, check your email for a verification link to set up your password.
- Once logged in, you can view your depositions, access documents, and manage your profile.
Forgot Your Password?
Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page and enter your email address.
You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Check your inbox (and spam folder) within a few minutes.
Don't Have an Account?
Client Portal accounts are created when you schedule a deposition. Visit our homepage and use the scheduling form to get started. Check the "Create a Client Portal account" option when submitting your request.
