We serve all Hawaiian islands including the Big Island (Hilo and Kona), Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Molokai, and Lanai. We have offices in Hilo and Honolulu.

No. Unlike many agencies, we do not charge extra for outer island jobs. Our rates are the same regardless of which island the deposition takes place on.

Yes, we provide free preparation of notices and subpoenas as a courtesy to our clients. We also offer professional service of subpoenas across all islands.
